Normal Postage
Item is mailed out within 24 hours (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
Delivery is untrackable.
Delivery takes 3-5 days via Singpost standard mail. (exclude weekends & public holiday)
Item is delivered to your mailbox, and it may be dropped at your door if the mailbox is full.
Please be advised Shopmartes will not be liable for any lost parcels or any damaged items should you opt for normal postage. Registered postage is highly advised.
Registered Postage
Item is mailed out within 24 hours (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
Delivery is trackable. Tracking code will be sent to you via SMS/email.
Delivery takes 2-3 days via Singpost local registered mail. (exclude weekends & public holiday)
There is an addition charge of $2.24 on top of standard postage for registered mail.
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office. Customer will be required to bring down the notification slip with NRIC to collect.
