How long does payment verification take?
Between 9am to 10pm, we would reply within 2 hours.
After 10pm, we would reply on the following day 9am.

How long does Shopmartes take to reply my email?
While we endeavor to reply your email, we aim to reply within 2 hours

How do I obtain my registered parcel's tracking code?
We will SMS/email the tracking code after delivery

 what should I do if I have not received my parcel?
Singpost takes 1 - 14 working days to mail the parcel to you.
If you do not receive it after 14 working days from date of posting, you may contact us and we will lodge a lost parcel report with Singpost.
However, as it is a normal mail, Singpose may not be able to track the parcel.

How do I make payment for my order?
Follow the instruction in the final invoice which will be sent to you within 2 hours.

Can I amend / cancel my order after it is placed?
As long as the payment is not made, you can reply via the invoice email to inform us.

What if I do not make my payment within the timeframe(24hr)?
Do inform us via invoice email, ifyou are unable to make payment within the timeframe.
If you did not inform us, your order will be cancelled.
