Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for exchanges are allowed only when you have received -an incorrect merchandise, or -a defective merchandise.
Requests for exchanges other than the above reasons will not be accepted.

If all of the above criteria has been met, please contact us via your invoice email as soon as you received your parcel.


Incorrect Merchandises Received

If you have received a different merchandise from what you have ordered, please send in an email to us at via your invoice email and attach photo of the merchandises you received.


Defective Merchandises Received

If you have received a defective merchandise, please send in an email to us via the invoice email and provide us with clear snapshot of the defect.

Please take note that the following reasons will NOT be considered for exchange/return:

-Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase.
-Actual item's design/cutting/colour deviates from buyer's personal perception.
-Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor.
-Cutting does not suit the customer.
-Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.
-Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
-Due to the nature of mass manufactured products, there might be discrepancies of 0.25”-1” (measured when apparel is laid flat and not stretched) between our merchandises and the measurements we have provided on our Website. As such, these discrepancies will also not be regarded as a defect.


Solutions We Provide

Upon receiving your request for exchange, we will assess your situation with the images attached with the email. If the merchandise is deemed as incorrect or defective upon assessment of the image, a one-for-one exchange will then be approved.

In the event whereby the originally purchased merchandise is out of stock in all colours and sizes, below are the two options you will be offered:

Exchange for Another Merchandise
You may opt to exchange for another merchandise of your choice with the same or lesser price than the originally purchased merchandise. You may choose to exchange it for another merchandise of a higher price than the originally purchased price if you are willing to make a top-up of the difference in price.

Credits or Refund
If you do not wish to exchange it for another merchandise, you can choose to store the value in your account as credits or to receive a refund.


Mode of Return

1)Mail out the incorrect/defected mechandises upon receiving our comfirmation of exchange.
2)Postage for mailing back will be borne by you.
3)Let us know your exchange preference item for exchange.
4)The shipping cost for the exchanged item will be borne by Shopmartes
5)Follow up an email upon receiving the exchanged item.
